Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Psychiatry Physician to work locum shifts in Missoula Montana, (MT). Starting as soon as possible, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Psychiatry role :

• Seeking one full time Child and Adolescent psych provider to help with coverage for this clinic.
• Call burden is low, but provider may have to write orders to admit an inpatient provider.
• Providers must be boarded in Child and Adolescent psych; we cannot take a general psych board.
• Adolescent Unit
• Hours are 4 / 10s per week, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (7 : 30a-5 : 30p or 8a-6p) with overnight call on Thursday evenings.
• Monday-Thursday (7 : 30a-5 : 30p or 8a-6p)
• Tuesday-Friday (7 : 30a-5 : 30p or 8a-6p)
• Overnight call on Thursday evening
• OT after 40 hours per week
• 100% Pediatric
• 100% Outpatient
• Anxiety disorders, Affective disorders, ADD / ADHD, Developmental disorders, Pharmacology
• 8-12 patients per day avg w / 2 Add-ons
• Med checks : 30 mins
• New evals : 90 minutes
• How many Physicians in the group : 5, How many APP : 4
• Office ancillary staff : 4 MA's 1 LPN, 2 Care managers, 7 LCSW / LCPC
• 12 Psych beds, 1 Seclusion room
• EMR : EPIC
