Pay Rate : $22.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.

Assist guests and personnel with directions, information, and support as needed, maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by supervisors and / or management, adapting to changing needs of the location.

Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to address concerns and support a welcoming environment for all occupants.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Possession of a valid guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
