A company is looking for a Growth Analyst who will identify and drive new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze clickstream, campaign, and customer funnel data to identify friction points and opportunities for conversion
Conduct cohort and churn analyses to support retention and lifetime value optimization initiatives
Partner with marketing and product teams to design and measure A / B tests that improve campaign and web performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or analytics-related field
4+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or e-commerce analytics
Advanced SQL skills are required
Intermediate Python skills are required
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
