Ginosko Modular is hiring experienced plumbers to help build high-quality modular housing in a cutting-edge facility.

In this hands-on role, you'll install and maintain plumbing systems-including pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage-within factory-built units, ensuring each one meets high standards of reliability and efficiency. You'll collaborate with other skilled trades in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilizes Offsight system and collaborates with team concerning work orders and prints / shop drawings to understand the structure that needs to be built or repaired
• Estimate materials and tools needed for each job
• Install and repair plumbing systems in modular units
• Ensure code compliance
• Responds to, diagnose, and resolve factory plumbing emergencies.
• Performs routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems in the factory
• Perform inspections and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to production quality
