Salary Range : $40,303 - $52,004 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.

The Student Records & Enrollment Specialist works within the Office of the Registrar to support the front desk reception area and the incoming telephone calls to respond to all inquiries regarding student records, registration and enrollment, transcripts and general inquiries at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). This position serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries (written, phone, email, or in-person) for the Office of the Registrar. This position will be responsible for the efficient coordination of the Office of the Registrar and select administrative / clerical duties as determined by the needs of the unit. This position will support Office of the Registrar Operations with student record updates, add / drops, withdrawals, enrollment verifications, transcripts, and other tasks as needed.
