Senior Avionics Engineer

Senior Avionics Engineer - Airline Experience Required

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Avionics Engineer to lead and develop avionics systems for various aircraft. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance in all avionics systems and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop avionics systems for aircraft, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for avionics systems, including schematics, integration plans, and maintenance manuals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve avionics-related issues during aircraft maintenance and repair.
• Review and approve engineering orders related to avionics systems modifications and installations.
• Conduct data analysis for performance evaluation and improvement of avionics systems.
• Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations by providing timely solutions and action plans to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors to ensure the timely procurement of components and systems.
• Participate in audits and inspections to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance of avionics systems.
