Sentara Leigh Hospital is hiring an RN Unit Coordinator for our Cardiac Telemetry Unit!

Hours / Shift : Full Time (36 hr / week)

Overview :

Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.

This 24 bed Medicine Cardiac Unit offers all rooms' telemetry and eHospital monitoring. Subspecialty patient populations to include post cardiac cath, CHF, and general medicine.

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN (Required) or MSN (Preferred)
