Compensation : $200,000 – $350,000 Base + 20% Bonus + $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for market expansion, business growth, and profitability .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international OEM customers .
- Lead with a “make it happen” mindset , driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Oversee and empower a 10,000+ employee workforce , serving as the voice and ambassador of the company .
- Maintain strong financial discipline and deliver sustainable profitability.
- Oversee manufacturing operations , emphasizing efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Inspire, coach, and lead a high-performing leadership team to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive product and process innovation to sustain competitive advantage.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and adopt emerging technologies.
- Champion sustainability and corporate social responsibility throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Deep technical and operational expertise in Automotive Metal Stampings and Aluminum Castings , including materials, processes, and fabrication.15–20 years of executive-level experience within Tier 1 or OEM manufacturing environments .Demonstrated success leading $1B+ operations and driving capital improvement initiatives.Proven track record of business growth, operational transformation, and profitability .Strong understanding of OEM relationships, production systems, and global supply chains .Exceptional negotiation, financial, and strategic management skills.Forward-thinking leader with an innovative approach to industry trends .Core Competencies
