ERP Specialist

Overview

Sound Productions (SoundPro), a leading distributor and solutions provider in the Pro-AVL industry, is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated ERP Specialist . This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support for our Acumatica ERP system to ensure accurate data and smooth business operations. Acting as a bridge between technology and process, this position assists in maintaining system performance and supports process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and proficient in business processes : someone who thrives on solving problems, refining workflows, and turning complexity into clarity. They possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, data management, and process design, and are eager to collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, and Sales. This role is perfect for a self-starter who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and is driven to enhance how technology supports the business every day.

Responsibilities

ERP System Administration & Support (40%)

• Monitor and maintain the Acumatica ERP environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, escalating to vendors or integrators when needed.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Document issues, resolutions, and system changes in IT management software.

Process Optimization & Solution Design (30%)

Integration & Data Management (20%)

IT Projects and Documentation (10%)
