• Provide direct patient and resident care as needed.\n
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of medical records.\n
• Initiate and ensure effective interdepartmental communication.\n
• Maintain a safe and appropriate environment.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Valid NYS Professional Registered Nurse License.\n
• At least 6 months of nursing home experience.\n
