A company is looking for a Retention Sales Representative I - Residential.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively handle disconnection requests and address customer concerns to retain customers
Upsell or cross-sell services during save calls to increase customer lifetime value
Accurately enter and update work orders and customer account information
Required Qualifications
Three to six months of related experience and / or training preferred
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
Previous outbound or inbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing individuals who can direct conversations and close sales are sought
A proactive approach to encourage customer commitments is essential
