We are looking for a dynamic Logistics Analyst II who will provide support to Battlespace Awareness (BA) Division Systems Configuration Management (CM) And Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). Functions include supporting Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Software Support Activity (SSA), and CM for development, production, installation, and sustainment support for the Navy Acquisition Category (ACAT), Software Acquisition Program, and Abbreviated Acquisition Programs, and other activities and tasks in support of BA Division programs at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic.
Primary duties will include :
- Support planning and coordination of logistics activities.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation including APLs, PMS, ULSS, and Provisioning Parts Lists.
- Manage supply chain and inventory operations for Navy and Coast Guard systems, ensuring compliance with ILS and CASREP requirements.
- Conduct inspections, database entry, and tracking of received materials in CMPRO, ERP, and related systems.
- Perform periodic inventory validations, adjustments, and disposals to align with production and audit requirements.
- Prepare, package, and track all hardware and software shipments, maintaining complete traceability and documentation.
- Support provisioning and INCO activities, assigning NSN and SM&R codes and updating ICAPS records.
- Ensure FIAR compliance by validating material labeling, documentation accuracy, and cross-system data synchronization.
- Coordinate with PMS, OEMs, and vendors to resolve End-of-Life (EOL) issues and determine sparing levels.
- Participate in ILS-related reviews and working groups, providing technical input and progress reporting.
- Track fielded system failures, obsolescence, and CASREP material movements to inform sustainment planning.
- Support configuration planning, identification, control, and audits per EIA-649C CM standards.
- Develop, maintain, and update CM Plans, baselines, and related technical documentation within CMPRO.
- Process and track engineering change requests (ECRs, ECOs, SWDs) and maintain current status reporting.
- Coordinate and participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB / LCCB) and engineering review meetings.
- Verify and audit configuration baselines to ensure system accuracy and documentation integrity.
- Provide input for all CDRLs.
Requirements
Must have an active DoD TS / SCI.Must have a HS diploma and five years of relevant experience – OR – a Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience; preferably in a military or defense contracting environment.Proficient using CMPRO or comparable inventory management system.Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must possess professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Must possess excellent organizational skills and work as part of a cohesive team.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Physical Requirements :
