Summary of Responsibilities
The regional marketing manager partners with property and corporate teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions that maximize property performance.
- Collaborate with on‑site and corporate teams to design customized growth strategies for 50+ properties.
- Recommend effective property marketing programs, including demand generation, retargeting, marketing automation, and digital / social media.
- Create dynamic, engaging marketing campaigns using digital and traditional channels such as email, microsites, social media, direct mail, billboard, and radio.
- Mentor on‑site property marketing teams in collateral development for websites, ILS, Craigslist, social media, and print.
- Review and analyze budget and ROI for marketing campaigns and suggest creative solutions for under‑performing programs.
- Present marketing strategy and results at quarterly and annual business review meetings.
- Work with property teams to support new business development RFP and RFI responses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.Five+ years of direct real estate multifamily marketing experience required.3–5 years pre‑development, lease‑up, or grand opening experience preferred.3–5 years advanced proficiency in social engagement and campaign management on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest required.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.3–5 years experience in website, ILS, Craigslist, SEO, SEM, and digital data aggregators required.3–5 years experience in Yardi Voyager Marketing module, RealPage, or other equivalent system required.2–3 years digital, creative, and branding agency experience required.3–5 years experience in Google Drive, Google Analytics, Google AdWords preferred.Participation in industry groups and OMCP certification preferred.Skills and Requirements
Independent, prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite knowledge including Excel functions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional conceptual and creative thinking, with a solid aesthetic sense.Project management skills required (PMP certification a plus).Strong understanding of property management industry trends and emerging technology.Outstanding presentation skills.Experience managing, expanding, and developing client relationships.Entrepreneurial mindset, go‑getter attitude, proven ability to work independently and in a team.Positive demeanor and voracious appetite to learn new things.Required to complete Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training.Scheduling, Environment, and Physical Requirements
Maintain a regular schedule; may require working outside business hours, weekends, and non‑traditional holidays.Ability to travel 35%.Exposure to a typical office building environment.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds; remain stationary, move around, reach, and position for extended periods.Ability to recognize emergency signs, communicate effectively, and tolerate stressful situations.Ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision.Diversity
