We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional work environment. This role will manage vendor contracts and relationships while coordinating office needs such as space planning, furniture, and supplies. The Facilities Manager will play a key role in supporting Urbans growing operations by developing maintenance programs, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, and liaising with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair :

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and reactive maintenance programs for all Urban Infraconstruction facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, and facility issues.
• Oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and facilities performance.
