About the Role :

We are looking for energetic and motivated Junior Recruiters to join our on-site team in Alpharetta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or OPT candidates who are eager to build a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.

Build strong relationships with candidates and consultants to ensure smooth onboarding.

Assist in various HR and recruitment administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or HR background preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and online job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
