We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis in Richmond or Plano, Virginia. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days onsite per week and requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will support various facilities management functions, collaborate with vendors and service providers, and ensure seamless operations within a corporate environment.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison between support services, account teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to create, monitor, and manage work orders and reports.
- Support process-oriented tasks such as site closures, transaction sales, and final walkthrough scheduling.
- Coordinate requests from vendors, landlords, and buyers while tracking utility data and storm event updates.
- Provide superior customer service, addressing unique situations with professionalism and creative problem-solving.
- Ensure the delivery of committed services, follow up with customers, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Assist with building services and operational needs, ensuring minimal disruption to client environments.
- Monitor and improve processes, systems, and service delivery for continuous client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with facilities staff and service providers to execute tasks effectively.
- Handle additional duties and tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
- High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in facilities coordination, with a background in commercial real estate or financial processes considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
