A company is looking for a Medical Records Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Support Epic applications, workflows, printing, and access issues
Troubleshoot application, account, and workflow issues for clinical and administrative staff
Monitor and manage incidents in ServiceNow according to SLAs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Epic technical support experience in healthcare
Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong understanding of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
Epic certification is preferred
Experience supporting Epic modules like Ambulatory or Inpatient is a plus
