Human Resources Coordinator
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and candidate communications.
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR system and physical files
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, employee changes, and documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports such as turnover metrics, attendance, and compliance data.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, or procedures.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate planning and executing HR initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement events.
- Support performance management and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain internal HR documents, templates, and forms.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is a plus.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
