Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)!

We're looking for caring and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help us support individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Kansas City, MO Metro and surrounding areas (including Harrisonville).

At CDD , a nonprofit with over 50 years of experience, we focus on growthfor the individuals we serve and for our staff. DSPs play a vital role in helping people live more independently, learn new skills, and enjoy meaningful lives in their communities.
