Position Overview

The Commercial Electrical Project Manager / Estimator is a dual-role position responsible for preparing competitive estimates and overseeing the execution of commercial electrical projects. This role requires 5 or more years of experience, a strong background in high-voltage commercial electrical systems, and proficiency in Accubid. You'll be deeply involved in every phase of the project lifecycle—from bid to closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. This is a full-time, onsite position with minimal travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Develop accurate estimates using Accubid for labor, materials, and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit competitive bid packages
• Plan and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Track and report on key project metrics and milestones
