What You'll Do

Own the full cycle : From sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and supporting the first 30 days of their journey.

Keep us organized : Manage postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding plans with precision and reliability.

Build connections : Partner with hiring managers and new employees to ensure a smooth, engaging, and people-first process.

Use tech & data : Leverage ADP, applicant tracking, and AI-enabled recruiting strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Elevate the experience : Help us strengthen our employer brand and culture through thoughtful engagement and onboarding.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is highly preferred (HR certification a plus).

2-3+ years of HR or recruiting experience with a focus on full-cycle talent acquisition.

Experience with ADP, ATS platforms, and HR analytics ; curious about using AI to work smarter.

A reputation for being detail-oriented and highly organized , while also approachable and collaborative.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships at every level.
