Personal Care Aide

Location : Chapin, SC

Pay : $14.75 - 15.25 / hour (based on experience and client needs)

Schedule : Full-time & part-time | Flexible schedule - Client hours 7 days a week 5 pm - 9 pm

• ? About the Role

We’re looking for experienced caregivers who are dedicated, dependable, and have a heart for helping others. You’ll assist seniors in their homes with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and companionship.

• ? Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Support mobility and transfers (experience with Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand, or sliding board a plus)

Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition

✅ Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Smartphone (for clocking in / out and care documentation)

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Must be compassionate, punctual, and dependable

Preferred : CNA / HHA certification or dementia care experience
