General Summary
Rise Broadband seeks a transformative Vice President of Brand Marketing to lead our enterprise-wide brand, product, and content marketing agenda. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will serve as the brand steward and growth architect, shaping market perception, driving customer engagement, and creating measurable value across the customer lifecycle.
The VP will be accountable for brand equity, product positioning, pricing / packaging, and creative execution—with a remit extending from go-to-market strategy to board-level influence. This is a role for a visionary operator who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing credibility from scaling major brands in telecom, SaaS, and subscription businesses.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Brand & Market Leadership
Define and evolve Rise Broadband’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and geographies.
Act as executive voice for the brand in the market, at investor forums, and with strategic partners.Lead competitive positioning, ensuring Rise differentiates in the broadband category through innovation, customer trust, and superior experience.Own brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, consideration) with direct accountability to the CEO and Board.Product Marketing & Commercial StrategyLead value proposition design, product marketing, pricing and packaging strategies—balancing growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations to drive commercial impact through innovative go-to-market programs.Orchestrate integrated launch plans that create market buzz, accelerate adoption, and strengthen retention.Creative & Content ExcellenceOversee high-impact storytelling across advertising, digital, video, events, PR, and community channels.
Inspire award-winning creative that reflects Rise’s brand values and resonates with diverse audiences.Build a content engine that amplifies awareness, supports sales enablement, and drives thought leadership in broadband.Digital, Social & Upper-Funnel MediaLead digital brand manifestation across web, mobile, and emerging platforms—ensuring seamless, modern customer experiences.
Advance paid / organic social strategy with influencer partnerships, grassroots campaigns, and community-led growth.Own CTV, linear, and brand advertising strategy, delivering measurable brand lift and demand contribution.Executive & Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as a key member of the CEO’s leadership team, influencing enterprise strategy and cultural transformation.
Partner with the ELT to ensure marketing priorities align to enterprise goals and shareholder value.Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing marketing organization and manage agency ecosystems.Act as a cultural champion—bringing creativity, data discipline, and purpose-driven leadership to Rise Broadband.Other duties as assignedJob Requirements
15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with VP / CMO-level scope in telecom, SaaS, subscription, or consumer tech.MBA preferred.Proven record leading enterprise brand transformations and driving measurable impact in awareness, demand, and revenue.Deep experience in digital marketing, content, creative, and upper-funnel brand investment.Expertise in product positioning, pricing, packaging, and market segmentation.Inspirational people leader—able to build, scale, and energize marketing organizations.Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience influencing at the CEO / Board level.Success Metrics
Growth in brand awareness, preference, and NPS.Market share gains across priority markets.Revenue uplift from new product adoption and pricing strategies.ROI on brand and creative investments.Employee engagement and retention within the marketing organization.Working Conditions
Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours.
