Akkodis is seeking a Java Developer for a Contract job with a client in Newark, DE (Hybrid) . You will be responsible for developing and integrating backend solutions, focusing on high-performance fraud detection systems.

Rate Range : $62 / hour to $64 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Developer job responsibilities include :

Developing and integrating backend solutions for fraud detection systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Collaborating with business and technology partners to deliver software solutions, including writing JUnit tests and ensuring robust code quality.

Working with technologies such as Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka, and various ORM frameworks, while following Agile methodologies and full SDLC practices.

Managing high-volume transactions and ensuring seamless integration points throughout the fraud monitoring process.

Desired Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in Java development, preferably in the financial industry.

Strong experience with Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, and multithreading.

Proficiency with NoSQL or relational databases and experience in high-performance, scalable systems.

Pay Details : $62.00 to $64.00 per hour
