Proficiency in one or more programming languages required. Demonstrated ability to integrate a biblical worldview with academic content. Teaching experience preferred. Teach courses in computer science and related fields. Develop and update syllabi, course content, and assessments that integrate industry standards with a biblical worldview. Incorporate active learning strategies and technology into classroom instruction. Contribute to program growth by developing new courses in computer science, machine learning, and cybersecurity. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum relevance to industry trends and Christian mission. Integrate certifications and practical learning experiences into courses when appropriate. Contribute to student recruitment and retention by engaging in college events, open houses, and marketing initiatives. Mentor students in internships, portfolio development, and professional networking. Stay current with computer science industry trends. Pursue professional development and scholarship in related fields. Assist with promoting Bryan College programs through social media and creative projects when appropriate. Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be committed to serving Him and His church. Endorse without reservation our mission and standards of conduct.
