job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met Ability to predict and overcome project challenges Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work Maintain OSHA requirements Mentor less experienced construction professionals Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors Utilize Procore Travel required Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience Light industrial, distribution, Multifamily or commercial type projects highly preferred! Willing to travel across the U.S. Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors Ability to create strong relationships with clients Travel Package / Per Diem - $800-$900 / month Allowances - $1000 / month truck allowance & $100 / month Phone allowance Excellent base salary (highly competitive and negotiable) Outstanding Health Insurance (plus dental, vision, etc) 401k Match Project Bonuses Challenging and Exciting Project Pipelines
