A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant.

Position Type :   Full Time Contract

Duration :             12 months

Location :             Greenville, TX 75402

As an Administrative Assistant , you will :

• Provide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget, etc.
• Preparing weekly reports, coordinating travel logistics, processing expense reports, assisting with new hire orientations, and performing various administrative tasks.
• Provide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on / offboarding.
• Manage schedules for managers, prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Plan meetings and take minutes for meetings.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams to create presentations and communicate information.
• Organize and execute employee morale events.
• Assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference rooms.
• Maintain required level of confidentiality.
• Serve as back up support to other administrative team members.
• Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
