The PR & Communications Coordinator is an essential and dynamic member of the league's communications team, directly contributing to the National Women's Soccer League's (NWSL) growing voice and market visibility. This role is responsible for executing and streamlining daily communications across media, digital, and internal platforms.

About The Role

The Coordinator is critical in ensuring seamless internal and external communication flow, providing essential support to players, clubs, executives, and partners to amplify the NWSL's narrative and mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day communications and Public Relations (PR) support across the entire department.
• Oversee departmental workflows, track critical deadlines, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all materials to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update essential shared resources, including comprehensive media lists, key talking points, and current press kits / materials.
