Orthodontic Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator - $25 to $35 per hour + Bonuses

We are growing private practice seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to help lead our team!

Experience working in an orthodontic practice is preferred. Ideal candidates also have experience with treatment planning, insurance, marketing, and scheduling. Extensive and on-going training will be provided and skills will be developed for the candidate with a great, positive personality. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required. If you have the desire to help build a winning team and be a part of the growth process, then this is the right position for you!

Schedule : Monday 9-6, Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 9-6, and Friday 9-1

Compensation : $25 to $35 per hour + Bonuses + PTO

Duties For Our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Include

• Coordinating with both front and back office staff to ensure top quality care for our patients.
• Making sure production and patient schedules are optimized to meet our goals.
• Act as the liaison between the doctor and the patient and assists in the gathering of information in the new patient experience.
• Treatment plan with the doctor and present to the patient. Clearly explain treatment options and related costs.
• Marketing to referring doctors, existing patients, local schools, and the entire community.
• Provide a calm and warm environment for patients who are otherwise anxious and concerned about how to afford dentistry.
