Hotel Collections Specialist
Copay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Collections Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will assist in the processes of hotel invoicing and collections by negotiating payment arrangements and achieving the production / effectiveness goals set by the Team Lead. This helps ensure the financial obligations to ALE are met by all hotels and enhances the financial position of the company. You will report directly to the Folio Department Manager regularly collaborate with hotel chains and brands.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include :
- Utilizing different collection strategies (call, email, fax, letter) to locate right parties and successfully negotiate payment arrangements
- Answering incoming phone calls from hotels who have questions related to their invoice
- Replying to hotel inquiries sent via email in a manner that is informative and professional
- Providing hotels with copies of invoices, W-9's, confirmation emails, and folio documentation upon request
- Contributing to and maintaining the internal resources used by the Department
- Working overtime when needed
- Additional duties as determined by evolving business needs

The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $16.50-17.50.
