GENERAL SUMMARY :
At the direction of the Business Support Supervisor, provide customer service and data entry support via the telephone, chat and email in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Seeing : 75-100%
Must be able to read computer screens and reports
Hearing : 75-100%
Must be able to communicate with customers
Standing / Walking : 50-74%
Climbing / Stooping / Kneeling : 25-49%
Lifting / Pulling / Pushing : 25-49%
Fingering / Grasping / Feeling : 75-100%
Must be able to operate a computer
PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS :
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting, walking and standing.
