A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II for Government Accounts (USA remote).
Key Responsibilities
Responds to and resolves customer requests via email and phone, including order processing and inquiries
Facilitates communication for technical assistance and collaborates with other departments to find solutions
Ensures adherence to service quality standards and processes account-specific SOPs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School education required; college degree preferred
Currently holds a Customer Service position or possesses equivalent experience
Ability to navigate multiple software programs and Microsoft Office
Excellent product and process knowledge for specific markets preferred
Demonstrates strong organizational and planning skills
