A company is looking for an HR Representative II-Contingent / Non Benefit Eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Manage escalated colleague issues and complex inquiries while providing support via calls, live chat, and the colleague portal
Assist with training, documentation, and implementation of new HR processes and policies
Gather analytics and metrics for quality reporting and maintain collaborative relationships with various departments
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with three years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role, or equivalent education and experience
Preferred Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or related field
Basic knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday) and related processes
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
