A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and oversee employee relations research and performance management consultations
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level
8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and ADAAA
Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
