Compensation :
$120,000 yearly at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

- Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
- Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
- Oversee the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Create a personal marketing plan to attract prospective clients and promote new business
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and trends
- Knowledge of the greater Houston area
Qualifications :
