job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with water damage mitigation, including water extraction and structural drying Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials Document job progress with moisture readings, photos, and written notes Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle Complete required forms and checklists accurately Communicate professionally with customers and teammates High School Diploma or GED. Must maintain a valid Drivers License & maintain a good driving record Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with equipment or team assistance Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.) Strong attention to detail and time management Positive attitude and willingness to learn Background in demolition or construction preferred IICRC WRT certification a plus (not requiredtraining available) Paid Holidays PTO Paid Training Growth and Career Advancement Opportunities
