The Senior Project & Facilities Technician is a hands-on, cross-functional role supporting facility maintenance, construction projects, and integration / acquisition site assessments across the company's portfolio and at potential incoming practice locations. This role ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair activities across the company's facilities.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of service.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate facility conditions and report issues.
• Support documentation and tracking of maintenance activities and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and disaster response procedures.
• Assist with internal construction projects, office relocations, and site modifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Review daily scope of work and provide input on site functionality and layout.
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders accordingly.
• Help with cost tracking and invoice review to keep budgets on target.
• Perform site condition surveys in person for potential acquisition locations.
• Assess building conditions (interior / exterior), HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, equipment (e.g., generators), parking, signage, and local area factors.
• Gather and organize detailed photographic documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Demands

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
