Contracts Coordinator
Location : Remote (MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS)
Pay Rate : $23.00 / hr
Shift : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Contracts Coordinator to assist with contract preparation, submission processes, auditing of provider information systems (AMISYS), and tracking provider compliance.
Responsibilities
Maintain and routinely update contract databases.
Produce reports and track statistical data for daily and monthly review.
Coordinate the corporate-wide data verification process for contracted providers.
Track and monitor provider compliance with contract deliverables.
Interface with credentialing staff to ensure all data systems are aligned.
Support the contract submission process to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Assist with contract conferences and ensure proper internal controls for hardcopy or scanned contracts.
Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance, including database management and experience with provider information systems.
Auditing experience preferred.
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and strong attention to detail.
Ability to collect, track, prepare, compile, and distribute statistical data accurately.
