Implement measures to mitigate financial risks. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth. Collaborate with management to develop key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor cash flow and liquidity, recommending strategies for improvement. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Manage relationships with financial institutions. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns. Stay current with tax regulations and implement changes as necessary. Work with external auditors during annual audits. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes. Implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency. Stay informed about industry best practices and implement improvements. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations. Review and approve payroll submissions, addressing discrepancies as needed. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Proven experience in Accounting or in a similar financial management role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Preferably QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Job Summary :
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in working with the CFO in overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities of the company. This position involves working under the CFO with a team of two accounting professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing effective internal controls. The Staff Accountant will collaborate with various departments to support strategic decision-making, compliance, and overall financial health of KG Facility Solutions.
