A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support their finance team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the accounting inbox and act as the primary point of contact for vendor communications
Timely and accurate processing of bills and cash transactions
Support the month-end financial close process, including specific journal entries and cash / credit card reconciliation
Required Qualifications
BA / BS in Accounting or related field
2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting operations, or similar role
Preference for experience in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment
Experience with Excel and ERP systems; Netsuite preferred but not required
Solid understanding of US GAAP concepts and financial reporting
