Key Responsibilities
Monitor contact center interactions to ensure compliance with customer experience standards
Support leadership in implementing recommendations for quality measures and compliance
Assist in training and maintaining records for adverse event reporting and compliance updates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations or quality assurance in a healthcare setting
Previous call monitoring / documentation monitoring experience
Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to extract action items from data reports and track success
