We are looking for a Quantitative Research Director to lead the design and execution of strategic client engagements. This role blends analytical rigor with consultative storytelling, ensuring insights translate into business impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, execution, and delivery of complex quantitative research projects.
- Develop screeners, questionnaires, and analytical plans using both traditional and advanced techniques (segmentation, conjoint, etc.).
- Oversee all phases of project execution—from survey design through data processing and reporting—ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Present insights with a strong narrative focus; deliver results in a clear, engaging, and strategic manner.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering development and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consultation.
- Contribute to proposals, new business efforts, and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in marketing research or consumer insights, with at least 4 years on the supplier / agency side.Proven success managing large-scale custom quant projects independently.Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and storytellingStrong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, client-centric mindset.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
