A company is looking for an Underwriting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews of customers to reach credit decisions following established risk frameworks
Perform detailed financial statement analysis to evaluate the financial health of businesses
Collaborate with the credit team to develop and refine risk frameworks and underwriting processes
Required Qualifications
Graduated from an analytics, business, accounting, economics, or finance program
3-5 years of experience in finance, credit underwriting, consulting, commercial banking, or analytics
Solid experience in financial underwriting, credit analysis, and risk management
Working knowledge of SMB credit underwriting, preferably in a commercial banking or specialty finance environment
Experience with technical platforms such as CRMs, SQL, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools
