Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our sales team, vendors, and staff while providing vital administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The candidate must live in Minnesota, or a within commutable distance to our Mendota Heights home office.

Essential Functions and Skills Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive administrative, assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, reconcile expense reports, managing conference room calendars, catering ordering for external meetings; manage conference room set up / clean-up & supplies
• Maintain training, onboarding, and event supplies; coordinate service requests and order materials as needed
• Prepare outgoing correspondence and packages (USPS, UPS, FEDEX)
• Support internal events and meetings by preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
• Provide support for special administrative projects and tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to : geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical / dental / vision / pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and / or eligibility for other compensation.
