About the Role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Sales Order Management Analyst to support our domestic customers. This role requires a self-reliant, conscientious professional with a passion for solving problems and improving processes. You’ll serve as a key liaison across multiple departments—ensuring smooth execution of the order-to-cash process while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including purchase order (PO) requirements, transportation coordination, and chargeback resolution.
- Process customer orders with precision and timeliness, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, inventory, and warehouse teams.
- Proactively resolve and document issues and inquiries, addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and adhere to internal controls and policies related to order processing.
- Communicate roadblocks and challenges to management with strategic recommendations.
- Review monthly customer scorecards and initiate disputes as appropriate.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reporting and reconciliations.
- Provide insights to continuously improve order processes, systems, and support of new business initiatives.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed :
2–5 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or a related role—ideally within the manufacturing industry.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions with incomplete or evolving information.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively across teams and levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with enterprise systems such as NetSuite is a plus.Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during key close periods (month-end / quarter-end / year-end).Benefits
