Senior AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and own LLM-powered services and orchestration for reliable, low-latency experiences

Develop prompts, retrieval strategies, embeddings, and agentic workflows while measuring quality and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope workflows and implement AI-powered solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems

Hands-on experience with industry-leading models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)

Fluency in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering, and embeddings

Experience designing and implementing end-to-end LLM-powered workflows

Understanding of tradeoffs across model choice, latency, cost, and consistency
