The small engine mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of all landscape equipment and repairs. A mechanic who is knowledgeable in a wide range of small-displacement, low-powered internal combustion engines used for landscaping.

Requirements :

Schedule : Part Time 20hrs M-F

Pay Rate : $24 -$30

• The Small Engine Mechanic will assist our Landscaping team! We need someone who can work on small engines, mowers, weed eaters etc.
• Must have the ability to diagnose, repair and sharpen blades.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose and repair all systems and components of equipment used in commercial landscaping
• Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with customers
• Perform routine engine maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs
• Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts
• Adjust components according to specifications
• Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts
• Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs
• Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used
