Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW : Leads and develops marketing strategies and programs to drive marketing technology, data management, and operational excellence across all marketing functions.

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Develops and manages comprehensive marketing technology stack strategy and platform integration optimization.
• Provides expertise in data quality, governance, and marketing database management for operational excellence.
• Maintains leadership of marketing attribution and measurement initiative implementation across all channels.
• Establishes campaign execution support and workflow optimization processes to enhance team productivity.
• Implements vendor relationship management and technology procurement processes for strategic partnerships.
• Drives compliance assurance with data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and industry standards.
• Supports marketing automation and technology training programs to enhance team capabilities. Complies with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
• Performs other duties as required.
