A company is looking for an Associate Principal People Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of advanced Workday modules and enhancements
Partner with senior stakeholders to define system requirements and shape long-term systems strategy
Drive enterprise-level projects, including new module deployments, integrations, and automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in People Systems, HRIS, or enterprise systems roles
Extensive experience with Workday configuration and systems leadership
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
Proven ability to lead systems initiatives from strategy to execution
Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills
