Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This individual will collaborate with patient / family and other professional disciplines. They will create a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes. Lastly this individual will support the organization's vision and mission and will promote and provide excellence in nursing care.

Pay Range

Minimum $73.44 Midpoint $75.48 Maximum $77.52

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required : Minimum one (1) year of acute care nursing experience with six (6) months in a pediatric setting.
• Preferred : One (1) year of acute care nursing in a pediatric inpatient hospital.
